Insurance
For New York clients, I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:
Aetna
Cigna
Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield
I am in the process of accepting other insurances (Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare).
Most insurance plans also have “out of network” benefits, and typically reimburse a percentage of session fees (usually around 60-80%). I can provide a detailed invoice, sometimes called a “superbill”, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Life happens
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online with 24 hour notice, no questions asked. For changes with less than 24 hour notice, 50% of the session cost will apply. If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full session cost will apply.
