$325 per session 55-minute individual sessions, weekly, by secure video. For clients located in New York State.
Self-pay, by design
My practice operates on a self-pay basis. I do not bill insurance directly. This is a clinical choice: it means the work is not constrained by what insurers will reimburse, what diagnoses they require on my paperwork, or what session limits they impose on your care.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I provide a detailed superbill you can submit for partial reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of session fees. I'm happy to walk you through how to check your benefits in our consultation.
Sliding scale
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are reserved for clients facing financial hardship, with priority for trans and gender-expansive clients, sex workers, and others underserved by traditional mental healthcare. Mention your situation in our consultation.
Life happens
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online with 24 hour notice, no questions asked. For changes with less than 24 hour notice, 50% of the session cost will apply. If you miss your appointment without any notice, the full session cost will apply.
